By using AddonIntel, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
You need an account to access paid features. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your account. One account per user.
Pro plans are billed monthly. You can cancel anytime from your account settings. No refunds for partial months. If payment fails, we may suspend access until payment is resolved.
You may use AddonIntel to research the Google Workspace Marketplace™, analyze publicly available app data, and inform your own product decisions. You may not:
All marketplace data displayed in AddonIntel is publicly available information from the Google Workspace Marketplace™. We do not claim ownership of third-party app listings, reviews, or ratings. Our opportunity scores and analysis are our original work.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your access ends immediately but your obligations under these terms survive (e.g., no-resale clauses).
AddonIntel is a research tool, not investment advice. Opportunity scores are algorithmic estimates based on publicly available data. We do not guarantee that any scored app represents a viable business opportunity. Build at your own risk.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fractal Apps LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
